Should More Languages be Added to the UN
A serious question for the language enthusiast: Should more languages be added as official languages of the United Nations?
There are several languages that some may feel should be included as official languages, such as Hindi, German, and Japanese. These three languages have wide influence in the international stage and have a large number of native speakers and language learners. This is not to say that these languages should be considered before any others.
This is a separate issue from adding more permanent members to the United Nations which is an on-going debate in some parts of the Internet.
